The Safer Healthcare Now! Mentor Network for CLA-BSI is now open.
The SHN mentor network has been established to:
- Further enhance the capacity of healthcare teams to successfully implement the Safer Healthcare Now! Interventions
- Support and advance shared learning by teams participating in the Safer Healthcare Now! (SHN) campaign.
If any of the criteria below applies to you then you may benefit from the Safer Healthcare Now! Mentor Network:
- New team to the Safer Healthcare Now! campaign?
- CLA-BSI team struggling with implementation?
- Team that is facing challenges with the CLA-BSI measures?
- A CLA-BSI team having difficulty reaching your goal(s)?
- A CLA-BSII team having difficulty maintaining your goals or quality improvements?
To request a mentor for the CLA-BSI intervention:
- Read mentor profiles posted on the CLA-BSI Community of Practice (look in Community Documents folder).
- Select a mentor organization that you believe will help you achieve your goal(s).
- Contact the intervention lead listed in the selected profile identifying the mentor organization you would like to partner with.
- The intervention lead will contact the mentor organization you have requested to determine availability. Upon confirmation of the mentor organization’s availability, the intervention lead will connect you to the mentor organization.
