We define partner organizations as professional and regulatory bodies, associations, healthcare organizations, health ministries, or other such groups that have committed to supporting SHN to do one or more of the following:
SHN enlists Canadian healthcare organizations in implementing targeted interventions in patient care. Each of the interventions has an evidence base indicating that appropriate implementation can prevent avoidable harm.
