We want you to get involved! By enrolling in Safer Healthcare Now! (SHN), you’ll join thousands of teams and healthcare providers across the country using our tools and resources to improve patient safety in your organization. You’ll also be connected to a network of expert faculty, mentors, and peers who are likewise striving towards the goal of safe care.
Update
Once you’ve enroled in SHN, we ask that you take a few minutes to update your enrolment by telling us which intervention you are working on in your organization. We are currently updating our registration system. Please check back next week to update your SHN registration information.
Measure
We encourage you to track your intervention data and report it to the SHN Central Measurement Team. Sharing intervention results is voluntary, and aggregated results will be reported publicly. High-performing organizations may be asked if they would like to be identified and profiled publicly. A specific consent for this public recognition will be obtained.
To make measurement easier, we’ll give you access to a web-based tool: Patient Safety Metrics. You can use this to generate your own reports and create charts from the data you enter.
