Safer Healthcare Now!, in partnership with the Atlantic Health Quality and Patient Safety Collaborative, invite you to participate in the Sustainability and Spread Facilitated Learning Series (SS-FLS). The SS-FLS is designed to assist Atlantic health service delivery organizations implement and spread sustainable change while addressing priorities in their Quality and Patient Safety Plans.
What is the SS-FLS?
It is a 24 month learning series focused on sustaining and spreading patient safety improvement work within regional or district health services. The SS-FLS begins with a one day in-person provincial workshop focused on establishing organization-wide readiness, commitment, and foundations for implementation of Medication Reconciliation and/or Safe Surgery care elements. Subsequent learning sessions and teams meetings will be virtual using WebEx technology. The effectiveness of the learning series to achieve sustainable improvement in care requires senior executive, middle and frontline leadership working together with clinical champions. There is no registration fee for the SS-FLS.
