Atlantic Health Quality & Patient Safety Learning Exchange

The Atlantic Quality and Patient Safety Learning Exchange is an opportunity for providers and policy makers to gather for the purpose of learning about and sharing the latest efforts and activities surrounding patient safety and quality improvement.

Key objectives:

• Exchange & compare Atlantic priorities, approaches, results & key findings
• Share system-wide lessons from local adverse events & public inquiries
• Examine provincial quality and patient safety structures, programs & results
• Hear first hand experiences
• Introduce the community/public to their potential roles in medication safety
